DAX S1-ROB

·        Diode reverse and forward direction measurement and evaluation

·        Reverse voltage generation, bipolar 0 to +/- 1500V

·        Reverse current generation, bipolar 0 to +/-0.1mA, up to +/-1500V

·        Reverse current (leakage) measurement 0  to 0.1mA

·        Forward current generation, bipolar 0 to +/-5A

·        Forward voltage drop measurement 0 to 2.048V

·        12bit resolution, 1% accuracy

·        Motorola/Hitachi HD6803/6303 or 68HC11 controller, IEEE-488 and RS232 interface

·        Main benefit of the instrument is its full solid state construction. No relays are used to switch between reverse/forward and ranges. Unique forward voltage drop principle is used, high voltage reverse current and reverse voltage generators (+/-1500V). 1500V is not a limit for design technique used, 300V increments are possible.

·        Simple Go/NOGO tester for axial elements

·        Reverse voltage 0 to 2000V

·        Reverse current measurement ranges 100nA, 1000nA, 0.01mA, 0.1mA, 1mA

 

DAX UREF-100

·        ZnO  arrester or high voltage diode reverse and breakdown tester

·        AC voltage source 0 to 100Veff, power up to 1000W.

·        High voltage output through transformer up to 60000V

·        Output transformer 100/6000V, 100/10000V up to 100/60000V for high voltage transformation. Transformer is a standard type medium voltage measurement transformer.

·        Resolution 12 bit

·        Reverse current measurement with zero voltage drop 0 to 10mA or 0 to 20mA
